Luke is a sportsman / bracket racer , which makes up 35 % of our audience . Luke likely has at least two race cars ( 70 % of our audience do ) and races almost every weekend of the season . He ’ ll seek out a multitude of “ big money ” bracket races in 2020 and possibly chase national or divisional points in a major sanction or series .

Stevie races at a professional level – active in at least one professional eliminator in NHRA , PDRA , etc . – though he may or may not derive his living from drag racing . Stevie owns a state- of-the-art race car , runs his race team like a business and spends accordingly . Stevie ’ s committed to competing for a national championship , but also hits a handful of “ big money ” events throughout the season .
Frankie is an outlaw , eighth mile drag racer . He ’ s got a big horsepower , power adder-equipped doorslammer . He spends heavily on the “ latest and greatest ” and is a definitive “ go-fast guy ”. He prides himself as an innovator and flexes his muscles on the drag strip - oftentimes racing a new or previously unproven engine combination . Record-setting performance is every bit as important to Frankie as winning rounds or championships .
Matt loves drag racing ; he ’ s a weekend warrior that races frequently , buy typically close to home . He ’ s a horse trader and deal shopper – affords better equipment by purchasing it second hand . He ’ s a proud “ do-it-yourselfer ” with above average mechanical and fabrication skills along with a willingness to learn and experiment . Matt competes primarily in regional , nonsanctioned events and finds as much enjoyment in a local test-and-tune as he does a major event .
